Great product, Great customer service! Due to a recent move, I needed to convert my Bull Grill from LP to Natural gas. I called Bull Outdoor products and a real person answered the phone. A knowledgable, courteous technician answered my questions. I certainly made the right choice when I purchased a Bull Grill.

Just wanted to post the tremendous quality customer service I have received today from Tabitha at Bull Grills. I needed a replacement part for my Angus Grill but was unable to find my receipt. She was awesome, and found my receipt from a previous claim and promptly sent me a replacement part. What can I say, excellent customer service!! I truly recommend Bull for all your outdoor grilling needs!

I bought my Bull barbecue 3yrs. ago and the pezzio lighters did not always work. I called Bull and explained the problem. Because I purchased it at a trade show they stood behind the product and sent me new valves and lighters. Not many companies will do something like this. I wouldn't even look elsewhere if you want a quality product with excellent customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Bull!

We have had our Brahma for about 12 years and it is still going strong! The Bull fridge still works like new also!

Bull grills are AWESOME! I had a burner where 3-4 of the holes melted into one. I contacted Bull just to see if it was possible to find a place to buy a replacement. After I emailed details, pictures, etc... Tabitha said the burners were still under warranty! After 16 years! I submitted a warranty claim, and literally the very next day, the new burner shipped by FedEx. And it wasn't ONE new burner. But FOUR new burners. Totally exceeded my expectations!
