It is super easy to cook artisan pizza right on the grill especially when you are using a Bull Grill. These days you can find premade pizza dough at my many local grocery stores, but below is the recipe that I have been using for my NY style thin crust.

- 1 Cup Cooked Chopped Bacon
- 1 Tbsp Minced Fresh Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper or Other Chili Flakes
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Goat Cheese
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to Taste

- Add flour and using a stand mixer, mix on low for 1 minutes 30 seconds

- Divide dough in half and form balls
- Place in olive oil lined bowls and refrigerate for 48-72 hours
- Take dough out about 3-4 hours before ready to stretch and make pizza
