Pork tenderloin with a chili rub is one of my favorite meat choices in a taco. The great thing about it is it’s easy and very affordable but packs a lot of flavors. I normally like serving it with a salsa made from creamed corn, jalapeño, and sweet peppers. Jump to Recipe
