Pork tenderloin with a chili rub is one of my favorite meat choices in a taco. The great thing about it is it’s easy and very affordable but packs a lot of flavors. I normally like serving it with a salsa made from creamed corn, jalapeño, and sweet peppers.

I love using the Bull Sweet Heat BBQ Rub as the base of my spice blend for my pork.
You can either grill the pork tenderloins on your Gas-powered Bull or on the Bison Charcoal Grill.
I love layering a little bit of everything on top of my tacos for maximum flavor!
